Sorry for the lack of posts lately, life has been crazy! The cats have gone to a strictly raw food diet and it has been going very well. Their breath doesn't stink like fish anymore-in fact it doesn't smell like anything. They only poop every couple days and it doesn't stink either, and they are already getting a nice shine to their coats. They have all been on meds for TF and finally no more diarrhea-which is amazing!! The crappy part is that I have to give them large capsules...Rowan gets 4, Nori 3, and Declan 2...every day for 2 weeks! The cats really fought the process at first (I have the scratch marks to prove it), but now they have a good routine down. I use a little device made to keep fingers safe when giving cats pills. You load a pill at the end and place in mouth and push the trigger, pill goes down and fingers stay safe (see pic below). Then I heavily reward them with treats.
Other than that, nothing new to report. I did snap a couple cute shots of the kitties tonight while putting new bedding on tonight... Rowan was very silly about it. He wanted to be under the covers so I let him and Nori wrestle around in them for a bit.
When it was time to seriously put on the fitted sheet he refused to move. I put the whole thing on thinking he wouldn't like it...nope...he LOVED it.
Eventually I had to remove the fitted sheet and move him myself...
I continued to make my bed and he was dead set on getting under whatever he could. I tucked the blankets and comforter in under the mattress as tightly as I could....but he wiggled his way in anyways =)
He doesn't really like being under the covers at night so I was very surprised to see how much he was enjoying himself...honestly I think he just liked that Nori was attacking him from above.
