Declan Loves New Toys

I ordered some new attachments for the "da bird" wand toy, 3 valerian filled kicker toys, and a cat walking jacket from happy house cats. I found her website through the bengal forum I am on. The toys are great. All of the cats love the toys, but Declan especially went nuts. Apparently not all cats react to cat nip, but they do respond to valerian.

The jacket seems to fit Rowan great, going to try it out soon and if it goes as well as I think it will I will order one for Nori and Declan.

Nori and I had already opened the package while the boys were outside. I threw one of the kicker toys into their pile of toys and the other 2 remained in the box. The 3 kicker toys came smelling strongly of wet dog. So when Declan came inside my room he instantly smelled something out of the ordinary. He was moving very cautiously trying to locate the new scent. Once he realized nothing threatening was around he went to town on the kicker toys. He kicked the crap out of the one in his toy pile, then located the other two kickers and drug those out as well. Then he played hard with the "da bird" wand toy, so hard that he was panting.
